
After enjoying an excellent hamburger, we returned to our pick-up to find a flat tire on the left front. Your employee, Miguel, and another employee, changed the tire for us. When I offered to pay him for his help, he flatly refused stating "you are customers and I am happy to help, just please come visit us again."
On Thursday night, 10/8/09, we stopped for supper at your Mockingbird location. After enjoying an excellent hamburger, we returned to our pick-up to find a flat tire on the left front. I went inside to see if any of your employees could tell me someone I could call to change or repair the tire. Your employee, Miguel, said he knew of no one to call, but would try to change the tire for us. Once outside, he realized it was not a small car, but a large, dually pick-up he had volunteered to help with. He went to work, stating he had never changed a tire on this type vehicle before, but he would do his best and he did. A fellow worker, we did not get his name, came out and also assisted Miguel in getting the spare from beneath the truck bed. Within a few minutes, Miguel had the flat tire removed and the spare in place. I offered to pay him for his help and he flatly refused stating "you are customers and I am happy to help, just please come visit us again." His helpfulness and excellent customer service attitude, along with your other employee, was a wonderful experience. We so appreciate his attitude and commend you for having such fine employees. Please give Miguel our thanks once again.
